Introduction:

The Dept. of Paediatrics of the Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College & Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi is one of the major departments of this institute known to people of the northern and eastern India for its clinical, academic and research achievements.

Location:

The department consists of 4 main areas,

(A)             Paediatric emergency

(B)             Paediatric OPD

(C)             Paediatric Indoor

(D)             Nursery (NICU) for inborn only

The Paediatric OPD is located on the 2^nd Floor in OPD Building of this hospital, the indoor wards are located on the ground, 2^nd and the 3^rd floor of ‘H’ Block of the hospital and the two nurseries which are located along with ward-9 and ward-5 of the Dept. of Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
